May 5, 2014, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Parking Lot A: Female student filed an incident report about another student talking about her. Student was sent to the vice president, but it was decided that this was not a school matter.
May 5, 2014, 10 a.m., Gaspard Administration Building: While taking a break, a Pierce College gardener left a leaf blower in his work vehicle. When he returned, the leaf blower was gone. There were no witnesses and an incident report was filed.
May 14, 2014, 7 p.m.-7:20 p.m., Parking Lot B: A female student noticed windows on her Honda were pried outward, but nothing was stolen.
May 20, 2014, 3 p.m.-3:30 p.m., Financial Aid Office: A former student became irate when trying to get back past funds he was not entitled to. This is a pending case.
Banned from the college

Height: 6 foot 2 inches
Weight: 225 pounds
Nichols has been banned from all Pierce College District facilities and grounds by the Superior Court of Washington for Pierce County through an order prohibiting him from contacting an employee that works at both campuses.
Christman has been banned from all Pierce College District facilities, grounds and events.
Multiple incidents involving the above banned student occurred between May 5-13, 2014.

May 6, 2014, Loitering, 6:45 p.m.-7 p.m., Health Education Center: Student was spotted loitering around the HEC and attempting to get behind the front desk.
May 12, 2014, Verbal threat, 6 p.m.
May 13, 2014, Sexual harassment: Making lewd remarks toward a female student.
